TEE TIME RESERVATIONS

Council has agreed for the 2012 season to continue the policy of allocating tee times between members and visitors as per the table below.

With the installation of the computer tee time reservation system into the Pro’s shop starting sheets are no longer produced. The touch screen monitor next to the office, used for competition entry, is available to members to view starting times and make tee-time reservations up to 3 days ahead.

Tee times cannot be cancelled on the touch screen, the office must be advised.

For telephone reservations, when the office is closed, members may leave a voice mail message or call the Pro’s shop directly.

Members should note that visitors are not allowed to use member times even when available, but members may take any vacant time on the day preceding play.

The Starters should not be approached at any time for tee time reservations.

Struie Members are reminded that when making reservations for play on the Championship Course that they may only have visitor times.

The general pattern of tee times will be:

07.00-08.04 Twoball - members or visitors
08.12-09.00 Twoball - members
09.10-10.10 Fourball - members
10.20-12.50 Fourball - visitors
13.00-14.00 Fourball - members
14.10-14.50 Fourball – visitors
15.00-15.20 Fourball – members or visitors
15.30-16.30 Fourball - visitors
16.40-17.20 Fourball - members
17.30-19.30 Fourball – members or visitors


GENTLEMEN’S & LADIES’ FIXTURE LIST

Ladies Competitions are shown in bold type

For the months of April - September the Championship Course will be closed until 10.00am on one day to allow for maintenance work. These dates are shown within the diary.

Wednesday Seniors play every Wednesday morning on the Struie - 8.00-9.30.

The first Pro's Stableford will be played Thursday 27 September 2012 on the Struie 12.00-1.30 and every Thursday onwards from 4 October on the Championship Course 12.00-1.30 until Thursday 11 April 2013.

All competitions are on the Championship Course unless annotated Struie.

For all Gentlemen Members day time medals the tee will be reserved on the Championship Course from 7.00-2.00. Tee times on Struie will be determined as appropriate to the entry.

For Lady Member’s competitions, other than for Wednesdays in August, unless otherwise specified, the tee will be reserved:

On Saturdays
Championship Course 8.28-10.00
Struie Course 9.00-11.00
On Wednesdays
Championship Course 8.20-10.00 & 5.30-6.00
Struie Course 10.30-11.30 & 5.30 - 6.00

In August and September Wednesday evening times on both courses will be 4.30-5.00 Section A Jnrs hold their Friday evening competitions on the Struie from 13 Apr – 7 Sep at 4.00-5.30

Section B Jnrs hold their Thursday evening competitions on the Struie from 27 Apr – 9 Sep at 4.30 – 6.30

Members should note that the Struie Course, and at times the academy holes, will be closed early Friday afternoons to allow the juniors to play their abbreviated course.
